Processing Time
Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses: 10–15 days.
Wedding Dresses: 12–17 days.
For orders containing multiple items, the total processing time aligns with the item requiring the longest tailoring duration. All items will ship together once completed.

Shipping Time & Cost

The package will typically take approximately 5-8 working days to reach your destination from our factories. The exact shipping time depends on the standard of the chosen shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.) and the shipping method you have selected.

Shipping Fees are determined based on the total weight of your order and the destination country for the dresses.

Available Countries/Regions: Worldwide Shipping. (The main shipping countries are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia)

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected.

Standard Shipping (5-8 business days)

The Standard shipping fee from $15.00.

Express Shipping (3-6 business days)

The Express shipping fee from $19.00.

Specific processing time depends on the items. The delivery time of accessories, swatches, and some items depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock. We will process your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will charge for cancellation of the order for more than 24 hours because the fabric used in the dress has been cut. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order online.

Note:

The above days are all business days, during the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and the transportation will be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

THE SHIPPING FEE: Our shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the country the dresses will be shipped to.

Before your order is shipped, Rjerdresses site must process your orders and pass strict quality control tests on all your projects. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the separate shipping time.
